For Parents -
SLAY to LEAD empowers parents to conquer their unique challenges with resilience and clarity. Using a framework inspired by leadership principles, we move from overwhelm to purposeful action. This process fosters connection with your child while nurturing your own well-being. We transform feelings of limitation into strength so you can lead your family with confidence, love, and hope.
Goal-Driven Coaching guarantees achievement of a clearly defined goal within 3 months. We identify one key objective and define exactly what success looks like. Then we work systematically towards it with shared commitment. If the goal is not met, I continue coaching for an additional 3 months at no cost. This approach builds lasting confidence and independence through meaningful personalized progress.
Life Leadership Mentorship turns daily challenges into a real world training ground. We use current life events as live case studies to teach the specific Executive Function skills needed for independence. Drawing on my experience as a Senior Executive, I equip your child with the tools and mindset to lead their own life. We transform everyday struggles into opportunities to build lasting capability and confidence.
